Starting point

A live-streaming creator starting at about 4,000 YouTube subscribers. TikTok and Twitch each started at about 10,000 followers.

The goal

As much raw viewership as possible, and as many conversions as possible from it.

What we did

We run day-to-day content operations: ideation, the editing team, post-production, thumbnails and distribution across YouTube, TikTok and Twitch. Full-service social media means we usually receive raw content from the client, then handle everything after it is made: editing and post-production, packaging with hooks, captions and thumbnails or covers, posting, scheduling and distribution across every platform we run. We also help with ideation, which feeds into what gets filmed. The aim is as much high-quality content as possible, consistently.

Timeline

The headline YouTube subscriber growth happened over one year, as reported by the creator's team. Viewership rose roughly tenfold within about two weeks. The supporting screenshot covers about September 2022–October 2024, not the one-year headline window.

Results

The creator's team reports YouTube growth from about 4K to 500K subscribers in one year, TikTok from about 10K to 600K followers, and Twitch from about 10K to 300K+ followers. In its separate window, the YouTube Studio screenshot shows 167.5M views, 7.5M watch hours and +311.5K subscribers. These are different reporting windows, not a single set of one-year results.

YouTube Studio analytics showing 167.5M views, 7.5M watch hours and +311.5K subscribers over about September 2022–October 2024, with a blank fourth tile.
How we measured: YouTube Studio channel analytics, about September 2022–October 2024 (the screenshot's first and last date labels are truncated). The one-year YouTube headline and TikTok and Twitch follower counts are reported by the creator's team.Numbers are approximate and combine the platforms and accounts we run unless stated otherwise. The screenshot shows the exact source.

What we learned

For creator growth, volume and consistency beat everything else. Keeping ideation, editing and distribution moving week after week is the hardest part, and the part we are best at.
