Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fortitude Media LLC ("Fortitude Media", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit fortitudemedia.net (the "Site") or contact us.

Fortitude Media LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. Our mailing address is 8 The Green STE B, Dover, DE 19901, United States. For any privacy question or request, email kelvin@fortitudemedia.net.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form. If you send us a message through the Site, we receive your name, company, work email and the details you choose to share about what you need.
  • Booking a call. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose and any answers you give on the booking form, and shares those details with us so we can hold the meeting.
  • Emails. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic visit data. Our hosting provider collects standard technical information when you load the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the referring website. We use this to keep the Site running, secure and fast, and to see overall visitor numbers.
  • Google Analytics (only with your consent). If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived and whether they booked a call or sent a message. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes information such as an online identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser details. If you decline, Google Analytics cookies are not set.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • reply to your enquiry and talk to you about our services;
  • schedule and hold calls you book with us;
  • provide our services to clients and manage client projects;
  • understand how the Site is used so we can improve it (only with your consent for analytics cookies);
  • keep the Site and our systems secure and prevent misuse; and
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not add people who contact us to marketing email lists or cold outreach. We will only email you about the enquiry or booking you started, or about services you have engaged us for.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent for analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 7).
  • Legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, run and secure the Site, and improve our services.
  • Contract, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, when you book a call or become a client.
  • Legal obligation where we must keep records by law.

4. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Calendly: call scheduling.
  • Google (Google Workspace and Google Analytics): business email, file storage and meetings; website analytics (only with your consent).
  • ClickUp: project management for client work.
  • Lovable: website hosting and basic visitor statistics.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States and serve clients internationally, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses offered by our providers.

6. How long we keep information

  • Enquiries from people who do not become clients are deleted within 90 days.
  • Client information is kept for as long as we work together and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes or to resolve disputes.
  • Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and then automatically deleted.

7. Cookies and your choices

We use:

  • Necessary storage: to remember your cookie choice. This does not track you.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, for example cookies named _ga and _ga_*): set only if you click "Accept".

You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing; and
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it.

EEA, UK and Switzerland: you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

US states with privacy laws (such as California): you can exercise the rights above, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. You may use an authorized agent, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Canada: you may request access to or correction of your personal information, and you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have concerns.

To make any request, email kelvin@fortitudemedia.net. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, usually within 30 days.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party sites

The Site links to third-party websites and tools, such as Calendly and social media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
